IT Support
Our hourly work is flat-rate. Consultation is free. Larger jobs above 10 hours may require a written quote.
Drop-off Information
Drop-off service is Appointment Only at our Ebensburg office, typically on Friday afternoons.
In many cases we can resolve the issue during drop-off, but hardware-related repairs may take up to one week depending on parts and diagnostics.
Drop-offs are NOT charged the $50 on-site visit fee.
